Design Notes
We use the 2x fd terminator as a strong terminator, in our case we use Veg Promoter to overexpress our protein BvEP to induce plant immunity.

It can be obtained by comparing DNA sequence homology BLAST with NCBI database. We repeat it twice as a strong terminator for the transcription.
